The KosmetikOn Labify® platform is a vertically integrated, AI-native software architecture that connects PLM, CRM, SRM, ERP, Accounting, HR, and kAI through a single shared data backbone — purpose-built for the cosmetics, fragrance, and haute cuisine R&D industries. When a formula is validated in the PLM module, its specifications, regulatory clearances, ingredient quantities, and manufacturing instructions flow directly into ERP — generating manufacturing orders, calculating batch requirements, and allocating raw materials without manual re-entry.
Formulation → Regulatory → Documentation
Every change to a formula automatically triggers regulatory re-validation against pre-loaded, continuously updated regulatory frameworks (EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009, IFRA standards, REACH). Compliance status, INCI lists, MOS reports, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) are generated from the same source data.
Procurement → Suppliers → R&D
Supplier Relationship Management is not a standalone module — suppliers interact directly with the platform to provide documentation, respond to procurement requests, and deliver samples. When a new raw material enters the system from a supplier, it is immediately available to R&D formulators with full regulatory and safety data.
Manufacturing → Finance → Sales
